Services for Quality Control and Construction Management

Day after day, final products are required to have increasing quality and being more and more trustable. These conditions require that construction must be performed under well organized and programmed system, and a continuous control on materials , equipment and construction methods.

ENERTEC offers a wide range of special services for Control, and Monitoring of Contracts (Legal matters, Relationship with the Client, Construction Direction, Inspection at Site, Quality Control, Safety control during construction, Environ-ment Protection and others).

Engineering Projects and Construction

These activities involve the complete range of services going through execution of Basic and Detailed Enginee-ring, Construction Managment and Start-up of Industrial Energy Projects such as Oil and gas main pipelines, Pumping Stations, Gas Compression Stations and other related facilities. ENERTEC S.R.L is capable to deliver a complete service under “Turn Key” modality for any Project and according each client needs.

Topography and Surveying

The Company has its own Technical Team and Last Generation Equipment, which are essential for the making of topography developed for undergroud or above ground projects, such as optical fiber lines, oil and gas transportation, aqueducts and Power Lines.

General Management of Projects

ENERTEC has an Organization and Personnel capable of instructing, organizing and leading external working teams for all specialties needed through each step of any project ranging through Engineering, Quality Control and Inspections in Factory (Factory Tests), Inspection at Site during Construction and Reception Tests.

Complete assistance and consulting services for Procurement of Equipment and Materials are also available.

All services are delivered according to international standards, State regulations and/or customer´ specifications.

Commissioning and Start Up

Precommissioning activities involves all tests and inspections made previously to the Start Up in new facilities, with no energy and no process fluids, after completion of construction.

Commissioning is the process under which is verified that all systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Control, Personal Safety) have been designed, installed and functionally tested and that they ensure their capacity of operating according to Specifications of the Basic Design.

In cases when just Specialized Services are required for the Start Up, the following services can be supplied:
